On April 4th, 2010 was launched Innovation System Project management education and training of staff VUAB Pharma a.s., Reg No. CZ.1.04/1.1.02/35.00472, which is funded through the ESF Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment and the state budget.
The main objective of the innovation management system will be VUAB Pharma a.s.´staff trainig and creation of training program for the adaptation of new employees, system of internal training using internal trainers and implementation of specialist training courses for operational staff, specialists, management, personnel administration and qualification courses for employees in the workers professions.
The project will be implemented from April 2010 to December 2011 and during the schedule will be gradually trained 125 employees.
The total amount of the grant is 3,734,759, - CZK.
